New worker-owner
Yovany joined the team as a technician last year and through his consistent hard work and leadership gained the confidence of the team to become Lead technician. In addition, Yovany was inspired by the co-op culture and, with CUCI’s training and Sustainergy’s support, decided to purchase his membership share making him the newest worker-owner of the Cooperative.
