In this workshop, we'll discuss how to navigate conflict in the workplace. 

Conflict is a part of life. For many of us, it isn't our favorite part. It can often feel messy and uncomfortable. At the same time, it's unavoidable. The good news is that it can be a powerful and creative force that clarifies and translates our vision into reality.

Join us for a two-hour, hands-on workshop where we will explore concrete ways conflict can be generative in your workplace. We'll discuss how to help conflict improve the workplace, bring greater alignment, make people closer, and move your organization forward. Join us for 2 hours of fun!

The workshop costs $50. We’ll meet in-person from 10 am to noon at the Peaslee Neighborhood Center.
